You Know It’s Bad When…
I took a relatively long nap today. I got home from Church, had some lunch, and watched the Cubs game. I was pretty tired because I had gone out to the Paul Van Dyk show last night (which rocked by the way; I just wish I could have stayed for the whole thing) and I had to be up super early for Church. I had a crazy dream I was taking the ACT and there were crazy questions on it. The one I remember the most was I was given a picture of a network room and I had to label all the different pieces, from the router, to the demarc, to the switch. It was bizarre. I also remember having a lot of trouble with it. Time was half up, and I had only gotten through page 1 of 30. Yikes. Even my dreams are stressing me out these days.

Hmm…these kinds of dreams are becoming a disturbing trend. I almost NEVER remember my dreams, but in the last week I’ve dreamt that there was an intruder in the house, my class leaders at church got divorced, and that my in-laws were furious with me for ruining their Christmas gift to me. This makes for some rather stressful nights.
Time to buck the trend and have dreams about lying in a hammock on the Caribbean, or dreams in which you write code and everything works perfectly on the first try.
